A Horse Powered Farm

McGoff Farm's goal is to move to using Morgan Horses as a significant source of power.  It is a quality of life decision to use horses instead of engine powered equipment.  Tasks may take a little longer, and involve a little more work, but the reward that comes from quietly working with horses far exceeds any efficiency benefit of an engine.  It is not for everyone, but it is the only way for us.  The Farm is young, the horses are young and we look forward to growing the relationship.
